Description: Introduces the theories of violence against women through intersectionalist feminist perspectives. Involves the analysis of violence simultaneously marked by race, ethnicity, nation, class, and sexual orientation. Compares cross-cultural and transnation- al perspectives. Fulfills the Social Sciences require- ment for the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences.
