Description: Surveys the primary theoretical and empirical issues in the study of human rights. Explores major themes and contemporary topics, including, but not limited to, cul- tural relativism, the evolution of the human rights regime, and the impact of globalization, domestic, and international institutions. Course is repeatable as con- tent changes to a maximum of 8 units.
