Description: Intensive study of select- ed topics in management. Includes readings, discus- sion, and presentation of research. Requires comple- tion of an analytical research paper based on recent advances in management strategy. Topics include leadership, change, value creation, and innovations in strategies related to the functional areas of manage- ment. Course is repeatable as topics change to a maximum of 8 units.
