Description: Covers tech- niques of geophysical investigation of the shallow sub- surface as they apply to solving groundwater, environ- mental, archaeological, and engineering problems. Emphasizes methods, survey design, and interpreta- tion with focus on case studies. Laboratory consists of both field training and computer exercises using geo- graphic information systems for analysis of spatial data.
