Description: Examines major treaties, conventions, and cus- tomary laws which affect business transactions among international businesses. Areas covered include inter- national contracting, transportation, payment, legal systems, intellectual property, tariff computation, busi- ness organizations, litigation, and General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT).
