Description: Provides a bioengineering approach to the physiologi- cal properties and interactions of various mammalian organ systems. Covers the nervous, muscular, cardio- vascular, respiratory, and renal systems. Emphasizes the physical and engineering principles governing these systems by applying quantitative and analytical approaches.
