My research interests are in the fields of computational biology, biostatistics, functional genomics and algorithms. My advisor is Professor Tao Jiang.

My Ph.D. study focused on a NSF funded cross disciplinary project - Analysis of Bacterial Community Composition by Oligonucleotide Fingerprinting of rRNA Genes. Please find my CV as pdf,  word  or pure text files.
