Since August 2006, I have been working as postdoc in National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), National Library of Medicine (NLM), National Institutes of Health (NIH). My advisor is Dr. Teresa M. Przytycka.

I obtained my Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the Lab of Algorithms and Computational Biology in July 2006. My advisors were jointly Professor Stefano Lonardi and Professor Tao Jiang. I was also working in the Plant Genomics Project of Professor Timothy J. Close in the Department of Botany and Plant Sciences, UC-Riverside.

My research interest is computational molecular biology.
