- Get familiar with the PowerPoint window components: menus, toolbars, task pane, "open file" dialog, and "save as" dialog;
- Learn to switch different view modes; in the normal mode, learn to use the outline/slides pane to edit slide content; you must be able to promote and demote outline text; you can use slide thumbnail view in the outline/slides pane to insert/delete/move slides
- Learn to do more slide edit tasks in the slide pane: edit text, change indention, and change layout;
- What is speaker note? how to access the Notes pane?
- How to you select multiple slides for move or deletion?
