CPM Archive
The purpose of this page is to serve as a repository of the
presentations and other electronic material related to the
Combinatorial Pattern Matching (CPM) conferences.
Combinatorial Pattern Matching addresses issues of searching
and matching strings and more complicated patterns such as
trees, regular expressions, graphs, point sets, arrays, etc. The goal
is to derive non-trivial combinatorial properties for such structures
and then to exploit these properties in order to achieve improved
performance for the corresponding computational problem.

- June 29: CPM 2000 and CPM 2001 programs are on-line
- June 22-24, 2009: CPM 2009 in Lille, France
- Feb 25, 2009: For the 20th edition of CPM, we have computed the 1990-2008 collaboration graph
(the full graph can be downloaded as a Cytoscape format, or as and edge list). We have also produced a picture of the the largest connected component, where the size of each node is proportional to its degree.
