INPUT FORMAT for assignment 3:

The input file should be given as a command line argument. 
1. First line of the file : Number of points
2. Rest of the lines of the file: x y coordinates of the
   points in random order 
3. Output1: A visual representation of the original 
   set of points and step by step convex hull creation. 
4. Output2: Experimental comparison of the variations of the 
   incremental algorithm as given in Assignment sheet Part 3.
