INPUT FORMAT for the second assignment:

The input file should be given as a COMMAND LINE ARGUMENT. 
 Number of holes
 Number of vertices in the outer polygon
 x y coordinates of the vertices of the outer polygon, in counterclockwise order; 
   One vertex coordinates per line.
 Number of vertices of the 1st hole
 x y coordinates of the vertices of the 1st inner polygon, in counterclockwise order;
   One vertex coordinates per line.
 Number of vertices of the 2nd hole
 x y coordinates of the vertices of the 2nd inner polygon, in counter clockwise order;
   One vertex coordinates per line.
 and so on...


 Your output should be a visual representation of the original 
 Polygon and the triangulation.
