[Bio]

Adriano Macchietto is a PhD student in the Riverside Graphics Lab at the University of California, Riverside. His current research interests include the control of physically-driven virtual characters, simulation of physical systems, procedural modeling, and the broad area of computer graphics and artificial intelligence. Adriano's research interests are motivated by the desire to produce more realistic, lively, and autonomous virtual environments. Other interests include software engineering, electronics, videogame development, and open-source software.
