1.      Review of Probability, Random Variables and Stochastic Processes

·        Note this is only a review.

2.      Basic Queuing Theory  (M/M/1 Class of Queues)

3.      Intermediate Queuing Theory  (M/G/1 & G/M/1 Classes of Queues)

4.      Queuing Networks

5.      Analysis of TDMA/Random Access and Priority Systems.

 

 

Evaluation Process:

 

Mid Term Exam: Tentative Date : October 26th  : Weightage 40 %

Final Exam: Last Day of Class – Weightage 60 %

Both are Open Text Book and Open Notes.
