The whole genome scale data set contains 135 blocks obtained from Gabriel et al Science paper. For each block, there are four files with different extensions. A file is name by a region name, a letter 'a' or 'b', followed by a '-' and the block name in that region. For example the file 12b-1.*** contains the data at region 12, part b, the first block. The file with extension '.txt' is the input genotype file. The results are in the file with extension '.out' and the same information can be found in '.dat' file in the format that can be recognized by WPEDRAW. The '.res' file contains some auxiliary information like the time used by PedPhase, the number of recombinants in each pedigree, common haplotype frequencies etc. The column name 'Accuracy' is only for simulated data so does not make sense here.
