• TISHunter: The Hunter for Translation Initiation Sites in Human mRNAs. A highly accurate predictor for translation initiation sites in human mRNAs based on support vector machines with the edit kernel. TISHunter is implemented and running on a Lunix cluster with MPI.

• MEC: A Java implementation of Minimum Entropy Clustering Algorithm that can automatically determine the number of clusters and effectively detect outliers.

• REM: A Java applet demo of the Regularized EM Algorithm.

• GLDA: An R implementation of Generalized Linear Discriminant Analysis

• UBCLUST: A Java implementation of our general biclustering algorithm for gene expression analysis.

• SyncC++: An efficient implementation of the monitor facility for concurrent access control in C++ withou any extensions to Standard C++.
