        Current Project: Ortholog Assignment Based on Genome Rearrangement

                                 MSOAR 2.0 -- A software tool to find ortholog pairs between a pair of closely related genomes.

                                 MultiMSOAR 2.0 -- A software tool to find ortholog groups among multiple genomes.
