10. Write an algorithm (in English or pseudocode) for the following problem 
definition.

A basketball coach wants to pull out all starters and put in reserves when the 
team is either winning by 25 points or losing by 30 points, but only within the
last 2 minutes of the game. The inputs will be each team's score and the time
remaining. The output should state whether to pull out all starters or not. 

Yous should not translate this into a C++ program.



Solution to #10:

-Get time remaining and scores of each team
-If time remaining is <= 2 minutes and your team's score - other team's score
 >= 25 or <= -30 then output "Pull out all the starters"
-Otherwise output "Don't let up! Keep the starters in."
